Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. We ship globally, with exceptions for some remote regions and parts of Asia. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  2. Package Your Item:

    Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA number inside the package.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    Once received, our team will inspect the return within 3-5 business days. We will then email you with the status.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
  • Method: The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we have made an error. Based on our product range, this includes:

  • Baby Swim Hats: For hygiene reasons, swim caps and hats, especially for babies, are final sale.
  • Swimwear (Final Sale Items): Any swimwear items (including Boys Swim Shorts, Beach Bottoms, Boys Rashies) marked as “Final Sale” or purchased at a deep discount are not eligible for return.

All other items in our Accessories, Active, Baby, Beach, and Bags & Pouches categories are returnable if they meet the standard conditions outlined above.
